Minimal supervision from the client or a supervisor is required for this category.

Qualified Caterer – Advanced Certificate Holder/HND Holders (Home Management and other related)/Degree. The category is an advanced level performing a high level cookery. No supervision is required. plan and prepares internal and external events (social gatherings of sizable numbers), able to advise on a dietary needs of the client, uses the right combination of ingredients to get healthy and delicious food preparation done, able to handle diverse menus including continental and oriental within minimal times, able to pleasantly design the kitchen and dining areas in a modernized style. All food stuffs are procured by or through this category. Finally, the position supervises and take responsibilities of other kitchen staff where necessary. Ability to drive is very essential with this category
